<b>Dasar</b><br />
200 gm biskut digestive ( dihancurkan)<br />
50 gm serbuk badam<br />
120 butter cair<br />
<br />
<b>Filling</b><br />
750 gm cream cheese<br />
120 gm gula castor<br />
1 sdt esen vanilla<br />
120 gm choc putih (dicair secara double boil)<br />
30 gm tepung jagung<br />
300 ml UHT whipping cream<br />
3 bj telur(dipukul sedikit)<br />

<b>Topping</b><br />
50 gm choc masakan (dicairkan secara double boil)<br />

<b>Cara-cara</b><br />
Panaskan oven pada suhu 140 celcius.<br />
<br />
<b>Dasar kek</b><br />
Campurkan bahan kering dengan butter cair hingga rata. Ratakan campuran ke atas loyang 'loose-base' 9 inci yang telah digris dan dilapik kertas minyak.<br />
Sejukkan di dalam peti sejuk hingga keras .<br />
<br />
<b>Filling.</b><br />
Pukul cream cheese dan gula castor hingga berkrim.<br />
Tambah coklat putih cair.<br />
Tambah UHT whipiing cream,esen vanilla dan tepung jagung.<br />
Tambah telur.<br />
Tuangkan adunan ke atas dasar tadi.<br />
Lorekkan dengan coklat masakan cair dan membentuk 'marble effect'.<br />
bakar kek secara 'steam-bake' selama 1 jam 15 min. Biarkan kek di dalam oven dengan pintu oven dan suis tertutup selama 30 min lagi.<br />
Keluarkan kek dari oven dan sejukkan selama 6 jam sebelum dinikmati.<br />

1 biji tomato ( dipotong 6)<br />

1. Daging dihiris dan direbus hingga empuk.Air rebusan jangan dibuang.<br />

RESEPI MEE SIZZLING <br /><br />BAHAN-BAHAN<br /><br /> * 2-3 mi sanggul (gulung)<br /> * 5 ulas bawang putih<br /> * 5 biji cendawan shitake ( cendawan kering)- rendam sehingga agak lembut dan potong 4<br /> * 1 keping dada ayam- potong mengikut citarasa<br /> * 3 biji cili kering- potong 2<br /> * 2 sudu besar sos tiram<br /> * 3 sudu besar kicap cair<br /> * 1 sudu besar kicap pekat<br /> * 1/2 in halia- hiris nipis<br /> * Serbuk lada hitam<br /> * garam- secukup rasa<br /> * Beberapa titik Minyak bijan<br /> * 1 sudu besar Tepung jagung- dibancuh dgn sedikit air<br /> * sedikit minyak utk menumis<br /><br />CARA PENYEDIAAN<br /><br /> 1. Tumis bawang putih, cili kering dan halia sehingga naik baunya.<br /> 2. Masukkan ayam yg telah potong sehingga agak empuk.<br /> 3. Masukkan 2 cawan air.<br /> 4. <b>Cara-cara:</b><br />
1. Panaskan minyak di dalm periuk untuk menumis.<br />
2. Tumis bawang besar,bawang putih,bawang merah,halia,daun kari dan halba campur hingga wangi.<br />
3. Masukkan serbuk kari ikan dan serbuk cili yang telah dibancuh dengan sedikit air.<br />
4. Tumis serbuk kari hingga garing dengan api perlahan. Jika terlalu kering dan melekat, tambah sedikit minyak.<br />
5. Masukkan santan dan air secukupnya terpulang kepada kepekatan kuah yang dikehendaki.<br />
6. Apabila santan mendidih,masukkan ikan, bendi, tomato( dibelah 4),pes asam jawa dan garam.<br />
7. 1 ekor ikan jelawat (sederhana besar-dipotpng )<br />
15-20 biji cili api kampung<br />
3 btang serai (hiris kasar)<br />
2 cm kunyit hidup <br />
5-6 biji belimbing buluh (belah 2)-jika tiada boleh gantikan dengan limau kasturi<br />
3 sdb tempoyak<br />
2 cawan santan (sederhana pekat-dr 1/2 bj kelapa)<br />
2 cawan santan pekat (dr 3/4 bj kelapa)<br />

<b>Cara-caranya</b>:<br />
1. Cili api ,serai dan kunyit hidup dikisar bersama.<br />
2. Masukkan santan cair , cili api ,serai dan kunyit yang dikisar,belimbing buluh serta tempoyak ke dalam periuk dan jerang hingga mendidih.<br />
3. Masukkan ikan, santan pekat dan garam.<br />
4. Jerang hingga mendidih dengan api perlahan dan sentiasa dikacau.<br />
